CHE 3713 - Fluid Mechanics

3 Credit Hour(s)

Fluid properties; fluid statics and dynamics; conservation equations; dimensional analysis and similitude; formulations and applications of the Navier-Stokes, Euler, and Bernoulli equations, viscous and inviscid flow theories and applications; boundary layer theory; open channel and closed conduit flows; turbomachinery; and fluid measurement techniques. 

Prerequisite(s): PHYS 2015  and MATH 3113
