An overview of the scientific study of the human mind and body, focusing on the positive aspects of human nature while pursuing a holistic view of wellness. This course will delve into the physical, psychological, and socio-emotional perspectives of well-being. Various topics, including positive emotions, mindfulness, optimism, hope and resilience, will be discussed. Additionally, this course will incorporate wellness activities to enhance individual well-being.
